What You’ll Do:

Drive the adoption of IFRS 17 as a reporting and performance benchmark.
Lead actuarial forecasting, analysis, and financial impact assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence performance reporting, disclosure standards, and strategic planning.
Translate complex actuarial models into clear communication for executive teams and stakeholders.
Conduct scenario testing and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
Support audit and investor relations with compelling, data-driven insights.

What You Bring:

FASSA designation with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
A solid 3+ years in financial reporting (IFRS, SAM, and EV) within life insurance.
Exposure to IFRS 17 implementation, audit, or consulting preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and a strategic, analytical mindset.
Comfortable working in project-driven, collaborative environments.
