POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a large actuarial team, ensuring high performance across diverse personalities and experience levels
Oversee delivery of Life Insurance actuarial work (valuations, reporting, capital and regulatory projects)
Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timelines and commercial objectives are met
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to business development and client relationships

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

FASSA qualification (essential)

Experience:

8–10 years’ actuarial experience, predominantly within Life Insurance
Proven experience in a consulting environment
Demonstrated capability managing large teams and senior stakeholders

Skills:

Strong technical actuarial capability
Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a highâpressure, clientâfacing environment

Nonânegotiables:

FASSA qualification
Life Insurance experience
