Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or a similar qualification related to business.
• A minimum experience of at least 5 years of hands-on, in-depth non-Life (re-) insurance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of client orientation.
• Experience in project management, managing project teams.
• Solid attention to detail.
• Capabilities to present and provide insightful analysis inclusive of C Suite of global companies and governmental entities.
• Solid company product and services knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Adjacent leadership abilities, with experience in developing a teamwork environment and a positive work environment and attitude in direct reports.
• Remarkable analytical and abstract reasoning skill.
• Formidable business expertise with the ability to embrace what leads to customer behaviour and decisions through analysis and decision-making based on both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Inquisitiveness and entrepreneurialism with the capability to collaborate with others to set a vision and coordinate a process to execute on that vision.
• The competence to perform a consultative role with numerous stakeholders and areas of commerce industries.

Job description & Skills

• Identification of markets and development between clients and brokers to promote innovative risk transfer mechanisms to create value for the company.
• Expansion of the business by combining new transactions with new and current clients.
• Assessment and interpretation of results and analysis (supported by Business/Financial Analyst) due to broad knowledge of the market/clients, and obtain, evaluate, examine and with the purpose to pursue or abandon hypotheses on potential new business.
• A great comprehension and understanding of the financial effects of various RI solutions on account and the client''s financial situation.
• Advancement, characterization and implementation of strategies, objectives, and business plan to accomplish on agreed financial targets for your clients.
• Expand and consummate market/ client-specific approaches in cross-departmental teams; promote the company’s value proposition through differentiation, innovation, services rendered together with various company units.
• Enthusiastically drive cost-effective business growth with market teams, conduct negotiations with clients, ensure opinion leadership (e.g., seminars, workshops, presentations, publications, interviews), originate tailor-made solutions and engage in co-creation with clients.
• Determine the best practices for CRM-driven interaction between outside client, sales/underwriting teams, innovation, and consulting.
• Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales/Underwriting, Innovation, Consulting, Communications, and other key stakeholders to ensure 360-degree alignment.
• Offer actuarial / big data / motor consultancy advice and expertise to improve business performance in terms of profitability, operations, data analytics, capital management and digital strategy in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
