Qualification Matric \/ Senior Certificate Requirements Valid Drivers License Good computer literacy and general administrative skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills Good written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial information. Professional and confident when communicating with customers and suppliers. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Advantageous: Previous administration or internal sales experience. Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with QuickBooks or another accounting system. Basic bookkeeping experience. Commercially minded and interested in sales. Professional and confident when dealing with customers. Detail-oriented and accurate. A good communicator (English and Afrikaans) Comfortable taking ownership of tasks. Willing to learn and grow with the business Duties Administration Provide day-to-day administrative support to Keagan and the management team. Assist with general oEice administration and record keeping. Prepare and maintain customer and supplier documentation. Assist with filing, data capturing and maintaining company records. Assist with preparing reports, schedules and internal documentation. Coordinate and follow up on outstanding administrative items. Assist with employee administration, including tracking company vehicle and fuel usage. Assist with maintaining accurate records of company vehicles, fuel cards and related expenses. Internal Sales Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide initial assistance. Prepare and issue quotations under direction from the sales team. Process customer purchase orders and assist with order confirmations. Assist the sales team with pricing, product information and customer documentation. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Identify potential sales opportunities and pass leads to the relevant sales representative. Assist with maintaining the company's CRM\/customer database and sales pipeline. Accounting & Finance Administration Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial administration. Capture and maintain transactions and information within QuickBooks. Assist with processing supplier invoices and customer documentation. Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable administration. Follow up on outstanding customer documentation and payments when required. Assist with preparing information required by the company's accountant. Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
