POSITION INFO:
Description: Our client is seeking driven and ambitious Financial Advisors to join our growing teams across the regions above. Fully qualified professionals get autonomy to build and manage their own practice within an independent brokerage framework, backed by access to multiple product providers, an established client base, and a strong internal referral network. Remuneration is uncapped commission. Requirements: Fully FAIS compliant and out of supervision for Category I products RE5 qualification (essential) Minimum 5 years of experience in a Financial Advisor capacity Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or an NQF Level 5 in Wealth Management (or related qualification) CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or recognised Financial Advisor designation advantageous Own reliable vehicle, laptop, cellphone, and stable connectivity Strong sales acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to work autonomously Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business via company targets, self-sourced leads, and internal brokerage referrals Deliver comprehensive financial planning and advisory services across insurance, investment, and risk solutions Manage, service, and retain an active client portfolio while building long-term client relationships Ensure strict adherence to FAIS regulations, compliance standards, and internal operational processes Build and manage an autonomous advisory practice utilizing an independent brokerage model with multi-provider access Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
