Admin / Operations Assistant

Sewing Factory for large scale well-known brands, based in Hennopspark Centurion, is looking for a self-starter, driven, wants-to-learn type person for an Admin / Operations Assistant position. 

The successful person will have the following experience, skills, and qualifications: 

• Grade 12 
• Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
• Own transport - no travel for work purposes but need to be able to get to the office on time.
• Stay within close geographical proximity. 
• Experience in MS Office - specifically with Excel.   Others:  Outlook, Word, Internet
• Administration experience
• Stable employment history - no job hoppers
• Contactable references
• Must have a positive attitude, reliable and responsible
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 - 16:15
• Understanding / Knowledge of clothing patterns and varieties of materials 

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• General administration of all operational requirements 
• Stock receiving and reconciliation 
• General stock control
