JOB SUMMARY:
Manufacturing Company in KZN is looking for a Office Administration Manager with solid knowledge of HR, Finance and Sales Administration to start as soon as possible

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position works closely with the Managing Director and requires individual to be able to use their own initiative
  • MUST COME FROM THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
  • Ensuring smooth running of office
  • Ensure all reports are overseen and submitted within time frame
  • Daily productivity report
  • Weekly quality control report - created on excel
  • Weekly debtors and creditors - created on excel
  • Quarterly Forecasts provided by book keeper - ongoing report - created on excel
  • Weekly sales report which is broken down into the following
  • Performance per individual sales representative
  • Targets being met
  • Monthly sales report
  • All reports for monthly review meetings
  • Ensuring all systems relating to ISO are being followed by all departments
  • Monthly ISO Audits
  • Preparing for ISO External Audits
  • HR Functions - ensuring KPIs are up to date
  • Monthly Peaps are done for performance reviews
  • Assist with international quotations on behalf of MD
  • Oversea all administration when company is attending exhibitions locally and abroad
  • This will include all matters relating to Department of Trade and Industry for applying for sponsorship
  • Packing lists
  • Apply for permits for controlled items when required
  • Travel arrangements
  • Detailed appointments for MD
  • Awards - Ensuring forms are filled in when required and input received from staff to validate values of the company
  • Overseeing marketing ie. Website; newsletters, social media
  • Social Functions for company - To Oversee
