SUMMARY:
We are looking for assistance in sourcing and shortlisting an experienced, reliable Admin / Procurement Support professional.

Role: Construction Admin / Procurement Support
Location: Pretoria North
Work arrangement: In-office
Salary: R10 000–R12 000 per month, depending on experience and reference checks
Start date: Immediately
Employment type: Permanent

POSITION INFO:
Must-have requirements 5+ years' administration experience, preferably in a construction, civil, building services, engineering, maintenance or contractor environment. Xero accounting platform experience Procurement\/admin experience, including supplier quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, follow-ups, document control and general admin support. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Good computer literacy, especially email, MS Office and Excel. Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. Bonus experience Safety file \/ OHS \/ SHE file administration. Experience dealing with subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and project documentation. Basic understanding of construction-related paperwork, compliance documents and site admin.
