POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Prepare and maintain costing information accurately and timeously. FMCG Experience Capture and process invoices (local & export). Verify invoice information against supporting documentation. Maintain accurate administrative and financial records. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and data capturing. Assist with reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies where required. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately. Liaise with internal departments to obtain information required for costing and invoice processing. Support the finance and administration teams with ad hoc administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of company information and financial records.
