JOB SUMMARY:
Datacentrix KwaZulu Natal is looking for an Administrator. The Puspose of th role is to provide support to the internal sales and administrative team. Work as part of a team, and at times be required to assist other members of the Business Unit where necessary. Must be structured and have good attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Matric or Grade 12 Essential
Post matric Qualification in Administration or Finance Preffered
Must have an understanding and positioning of IT products
Must have a minimum of 4 - 5years experience in an Internal sales position.
Must be structured and precise in their work.
Must be able to communicate at a business level with IT Managers and IT staff from our client base.
Must be competent in both Excel and Word.
A benefit would be an understanding the Logistics systems and processes within Datacentrix

Primary Role Accountabilities

Do quotes for both high- end and run rate commodity products to customers.
Manage all customer files in a structured manner on the shared disk.
Provide feedback to both Office Administrator and onsite teams on a daily basis.
Manage stock levels and ensure no over stocking.
Manage supplier orders and processing.
Assist in managing onsite stock at clients and internal.
Ability to work independently while taking direction from management when required
