Durban based client seeks an Administrator to deal effectively with various administrative tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant qualifications.
Ability to operate Word, PowerPoint & Excel effectively.
Experience with the insurance program “flexi” will be desirable.
Insurance knowledge will be beneficial.
Administrative experience is advantageous.
Good organisational skills, time management, hardworking and administrative driven.

Duties and responsibilities:

Loading insurance policies.
Saving emails on flexi.
Assisting with renewals.
Organising marketing events and material.
Updating new business register.
Assisting with policy changes and amendments.
Assisting with personal affairs and putting together comparative breakdowns & summaries.
