    The Role:

    Our client is looking for an Administrator in financial planning!

    Essential functions:

    • Co-Ordinate intermediary diaries, follow up appointments and reschedule as required for contracted Intermediary
    • Manage and Prepare meeting schedules and electronic files for Intermediary in preparation for meetings including quotes, product comparisons and supporting documentation
    • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to Planners by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
    • Ensure that Intermediary and client receive relevant and timeous feedback and distribution of required documentation
    • Manage adherence of Product Houses to instruction and query turnaround times
    • Manage, process instructions and update client data base on behalf of Intermediary
    • Ensure all work is followed up promptly in line with company standards
    • Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained / updated as per company procedures
    • Input and maintain accurate client records on the back office system, Platform and other IT systems
    • Provide an efficient, friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries, by phone, email and in person
    • Incorporate the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) into all contact with clients.
    • Manage complaint / complex queries and provide feedback to all affected parties within Service Level Agreement
    • Manage adherence to the industry and internal compliance standards and processes
    • Assist with workflow distribution and quality assurance checks to staff members
    • Prompt and coordinate client relationship initiatives
    • Build and manage relationships with Product Provider Consultants and Support Administrators
    • Manage monthly commission statement queries for Intermediaries
    • Facilitate the on-boarding and exit of intermediaries at the various providers
    • Keep updated and informed of Company, providers and Intermediaries product range, documentation, policies and procedures
    • Manage the implementation of any system, process and/or procedures to be introduced or changed in line with the performance and fulfilling of their functions
    • Coordinating and providing training for any new product, system, process and procedure that is introduced
    • Assist in other areas/departments of the company.  
    Skills and Experience:

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Business Administration/Insurance related qualification

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Industry related B Com degree or industry related qualification
    • FAIS RE 5, 120 FAIS Credits or working towards achieving

    Experience required:

    • Function related experience: 3 years
    • Project experience:  2 years
