SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Financial Administrator Intern to join our team within the medical industry. This internship is ideal for a candidate seeking practical experience in financial administration while gaining exposure to medical and healthcare financial operations.

POSITION INFO:
The Financial Administrator Intern will support the finance department with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks related to medical services. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare financial processes, compliance, and record management, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with capturing and maintaining accurate financial and medical billing records
Support invoicing, claims processing, and payment follow-ups
Help reconcile accounts, including patient and supplier accounts
Organize, file, and maintain confidential financial and medical documents
Assist with basic financial reports and data entry
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and healthcare regulations
Provide general administrative support to the finance and medical administration teams

Qualifications and Requirements

Currently studying or recently completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Interest in the medical or healthcare industry
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and email systems)
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team
