A well-established commercial real estate agency is seeking a professional and reliable Administrator to join their team based in Parow.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering the switchboard and handling calls
General administration and typing
Providing admin support to brokers and staff
Assisting with general queries
Email communication via Outlook
Filing and document management
Making copies and distributing documents
Preparing the boardroom for meetings
Updating and progressing data on the property system
Conducting telephone follow-ups
Welcoming clients and visitors

Requirements:

Previous administrative experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Computer literate (MS Office & Outlook)
Professional and well-presented
