POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Africa countries – minimum 3 different countries experience, we have listed the countries that we have, however it is about the candidate understanding the principle of working with different countries, each has their own salary structure, own conditions of employment, legislative requirements
Full payroll function (end to end)
African Payroll Controller will be responsible for the Full payroll function of the Africa Countries. (Mauritius, Ghana, Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, Swaziland, Angola, Botswana, Uganda, Kenya)
Matric/Grade 12
Payroll Diploma
Minimum 5 years related years working experience
Full payroll function
Knowledge of SAGE 300 Payroll system (mandatory)
Knowledge of Document Management Systems
Microsoft Excel – Advanced level (mandatory)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
