SUMMARY:
Lead and expand African market growth within the industrial power transmission and mechanical solutions space.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established engineering solutions provider within the industrial mechanical sector is seeking an experienced Africa Sales & Business Development Manager to drive expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa. The successful candidate will focus on strategic market development, distributor management, and key account growth within heavy industry environments.

Education:
Mechanical Engineering qualification advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial gear or power transmission sales
Proven Africa sales and market development experience
Strong exposure to capital equipment or mechanical solutions
Experience managing distributors and cross-border accounts
Willingness to travel into Africa
