After Market Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The After Market Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the After Market Sales Manager’s activities. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the sales team and dealers, aftermarket marketing and operations inventory and logistics (ensure that products get the stores). The position is responsible for establishing strong customer focused aftermarket sales support to ensure technical support and responsiveness from the Field Net Service Coordinator, soliciting orders, selling the company’s aftermarket product portfolio, and representing the company in accordance with the company policies in the area assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Competencies:

Excellent ability to schedule and prioritize work which results in own and team goals being met.
Excellent Problem solving ability
Excellent customer service orientation
Proficiency in MS Office software (NAV)
Able to work independently
Self driven
High sense of urgency
Keen attention to detail
Technical ability to interpret technical issues

Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge of irrigation products and services.
Advanced/in-depth and technical knowledge of procedures (SOP’s), all required systems of the company.

Education/ Qualification:

Diploma in Sales and Marketing (beneficial) Course in Irrigation Design (beneficial)

Experience:

Preferred/Recommended: 2 years or more sales, customer service and/or relevant experience in an irrigation product environment.
