JOB SUMMARY:
Aftersales Consultant / Service Advisor - Stellenbosch - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Purpose of the Role:
To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals

Key Performance Areas:

Prepare for the arrival of the customer and vehicle
Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival
Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems
Regular Liaison with customers
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Professional Vehicle hand over
Customer follow – up and reminders
Attend weekly service meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in a similar position within a motor dealership.
Senior Certificate Grade 12.
Technical qualification and/or aptitude would be advantageous.
