JOB DESCRIPTION:

Vacancy: Aftersales (Service and Parts) Manager for Motorcycles

Duties:

Oversee Service and Parts team, and motorcycle repair processes to deliver a positive service experience and maintain profitability
Coach team members on ways to drive service and parts sales, beneficial training program options, and customer service tactics
Work with the service advisor to ensure proactive resolution of all customer complaints and make follow-up calls, as needed
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Oversee all day-to-day job duties within the Parts and Service department with a focus on high employee and customer morale
Guide the management of all department paperwork, including repair / parts orders, invoices, and maintenance records

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as manager within Service and Parts departments, with the focus on Aftersales management
Extensive knowledge of Parts and Service departments in the motoring industry
Experience working in a corporate dealership environment and preferably with Motorcycles
Experience with automotive systems and procedures
Strong management skills, communication and organizational skills
Clear criminal record
