As General Manager, you will operate as the strategic and operational leader of the business, with full accountability for performance, people, and brand execution:

• End-to-end P&L ownership, ensuring sustained profitability and disciplined financial management
• Strategic and operational leadership across all business functions
• Acceleration of growth across sales, aftersales, and overall brand performance
• Development and leadership of a high-calibre, performance-driven team
• Elevation of the customer journey to world-class premium and luxury standards
• Strengthening and expanding the market position within South Africa

• Already operate at a senior leadership or executive level
• Are motivated by performance, impact, and results—not title alone
• Lead from the front, setting the standard in a high-expectation environment

• Demonstrated success as a General Manager or senior executive within the motorcycle, or luxury sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of delivering measurable results
• Commanding leadership presence—confident, decisive, and accountable
• Sophisticated understanding of premium brands and discerning clientele
