JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fantastic news! A leading Global Tech firm is seeking for an Agile Coach who is team player, an out of a box thinker, who is ready to lead a dynamic team.

You will be responsible for leading the teams on the Agile methodology and overseeing the development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. You will also be responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process, encouraged staff and leadership to embrace the Agile method.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
10 years of experience working with Agile methodologies and methods preferred.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
10 years of experience as an Agile Coach with a proven track record of success.
Experience in coaching teams on how to effectively implement agile development methodologies.
