JOB DESCRIPTION:

Calling up all Agri Specialists / Generalists / Business Managers: Agri / Agronomists with a B.Sc. Agri qualification or even someone with a BCom.

(Agricultural Finance). No less than 10 - 15 years' agricultural exposure within banking sector, able to train and coach In-Country managers.

Responsible for Credit applications: validations and financial forecasting

Technical - be aware of what is happening on the ground

Manage 3 commodities: Sugar Cane / Timber / Poultry etc.

New business development

Grow current portfolio to reach revenue targets

Cost control management

Internal and external stakeholder engagement

Cross sell

Drive compliance

Recommend credit decisions related to excesses

Data and trend analysis (BI)

Deal structuring

Drafting reports

Deal sponsors credit committees

Can be based in JHB or anywhere in SA.
