An admitted Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary with at least 5 years of experience in bonds required for the East Rand firm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position is to head up the Bonds and Bond Cancellation Department.

Well established conveyancing firm requires a qualified Conveyancer to manage the bond & bond cancellation department -

The candidate must be able to manage a team and ensure compliance with all 4 major banks'''' requirements

Provide guidance and assistance to the team in respect of bank directives as well as deeds office directives -

Liaise with clients in respect of complaints/inquiries. Liaise with bank attorney liaisons in respect of complaints/inquiries.
