SUMMARY:

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration and functional support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolution of user issues.
• Maintain approved system configurations, workflows, security roles, user profiles, permissions and system parameters.
• Manage user onboarding, logical access management and segregation of duties requirements.
• Manage software licensing, environment administration and vendor engagements.
• Escalate specialised technical matters to external service providers where required.
• Coordinate system testing, upgrades, patches and release management activities.

• Ensure the ERP platform supports finance, procurement, vendor management and operational business processes.
• Support the rollout and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Vendor Collaboration where applicable.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify process improvement and system optimisation opportunities.
• Support data integrity, reconciliations and reporting requirements.
• Assist with integrations between Dynamics 365 and related business systems, including budgeting and planning solutions.
• Support ERP enhancements and module implementations, including testing and validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, efficiency and user adoption.

• Develop and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures and user support documentation.
• Conduct user training and promote adoption of system enhancements and best practices.
• Support ERP-related audit, governance, compliance and change management requirements.
• Maintain appropriate access controls and support segregation of duties requirements.
• Independently investigate functional and technical issues and implement appropriate solutions within delegated authority.
• Use reporting, data validation and business intelligence tools to support issue investigation and informed decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the ERP environment.

POSITION INFO:
Role Requirements Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification would be advantageous. Knowledge & Technical Skills Strong understanding of ERP-supported finance, procurement, vendor management and operational business processes. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations administration, configuration, workflows, security roles and access management. Knowledge of system testing, upgrades, patches and release management. Knowledge of data integrity, reconciliations, reporting and system integrations. Understanding of logical access controls, segregation of duties, audit, governance and compliance requirements. Knowledge of Vendor Collaboration and additional Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI or other business intelligence tools would be advantageous. Understanding of integrations with budgeting or planning solutions. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Functional and technical user-support capability. Ability to develop clear training materials, SOPs and user documentation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate appropriately. Ability to manage competing priorities and support continuous improvement. Experience with reporting, data validation and issue investigation tools. Change-management, training and user-adoption capability. Experience 3-7 years' experience supporting, administering, configuring and optimising ERP systems. Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience would be highly advantageous. Experience in user support, configuration changes, workflows, security roles, access management, testing and ERP enhancements or module implementations. Experience supporting finance, procurement, vendor management and supply chain modules. Experience with Vendor Collaboration would be advantageous. Experience within property, commercial real estate or enterprise operational environments would be advantageous. Specific Role Requirements May be required to support testing, upgrades, patches, releases or critical system incidents outside normal working hours. May be required to engage with external service providers where specialised development, vendor intervention or additional capacity is necessary. Operates within approved business requirements, access controls, segregation of duties, governance standards and change-management processes.
