JOB SUMMARY:
A company in management consulting seeks to hire a Application Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide support for enhancements, defects, features, and reports for ERP systems
Document and implement software configuration plans for ERP systems

Assisting existing customers with finance related requests logged via the service desk within specified SLA
System and business process documentation
Implement and manage change control processes
End user training
Ability to work independently and in a team

Skills

At least 3 years’ experience in Dynamics GP
Knowledge of integration manager
Fixed Asset management knowledge

MS SQL Scripting experience is essential

Must have reporting skills in Crystal, SSRS and Management reporter

Involved in more than one ERP implementation, end-to-end
Experience in the full lifecycle of an ERP project implementation

Must be MS office literate
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Team worker
Self-managed and goal driven
Takes ownership and accountability
Innovative
Accounting background would be advantageous
