We are recruiting an Application Support Lead with both Development and Infrastructure experience for an opportunity located in Johannesburg.

Our ideal candidate is an innovative and talented individuals, who strives to make a difference in a dynamic environment as part of our efficient and enthusiastic teams.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications Required:

Grade 12Â

Qualification Preferred:

Relevant Diploma or/ Degree

Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 yearsâ?? Application Support with Development and Infrastructure experience.
At least 1 year Team Lead experience.
Support of production deployments, change preparation.
WebLogic Patching.

Key Accountabilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide Support to team in investigations as necessary.
Compile reports for the Ops managers as per the prescribed process.
Plan schedule for Production standby duties by aligning with the Service Delivery Manager.
Run stand-ups as and when necessary.
Sort through JIRA tickets for the team.
Assist team in backlog grooming as and when required.
Represent the team in any other incidents and coordinate with respective stakeholders and other teams to get them resolved.
Assist with DR failover as and when needed as per the process.

Work Environment:

Hybrid working model - must be based in Johannesburg.
