Qualifications

Matric
A BCom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in Business Investment.
Experience in Banking, sales and marketing.

Duties

Collaborate with the marketing division to create awareness of the company's Limited brand at an Area level.
Conduct presentations on the company's product offering.
Cultivate and build networks with various SME Stakeholders.
Recruit, develop, manage, and retain employees at the area office.
Manage the investment process of the area office by screening and evaluating proposals, provide guidance on due diligence, review reports and manage credit risk levels of the book.
Analyse and interpret annual financial statements and management accounts.
Provide input and contribute to the decision-making process at various committee meetings.
Proactive review of the area key performance indicators to maximise the area’s performance levels.
Collaborate with support functions such as marketing and post–investment divisions to drive and improve the area’s performance levels.
Monitor income/expense responsibilities for the area office.
