SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC & MEP Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational delivery, team leadership, client liaison, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

POSITION INFO:

Manage and oversee HVAC and MEP projects across the assigned area
Lead, mentor, and manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and industry standards
Monitor project progress, budgets, and cash flow
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained on all sites
Support tendering, planning, and resource allocation where required
Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently

Minimum Requirements

Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in HVAC & MEP projects
Proven experience in a management or area management role
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and construction processes
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Advantageous

Professional registration (ECSA or similar)
Experience managing multiple sites/projects simultaneously
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
