SUMMARY:
Job Title: Area Sales Executive.
Location: Cape Town.

Job Overview:
The Area Sales Executive (Cape Town) will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships within an assigned geographic region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets in line with company objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification and/or experience.
3 years corporate sales record.
Proven track record of having made target.
Industry experience preferrable – Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products).
Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Excellent communication skills.
Benefits: petrol allowance (200L) & cellphone allowance: R1000.00

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling new business appointments.
Cold calling.
Achieve individual compacted targets in line with salary.
Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers.
Maintain / manage these clients for 9 months.
Selling of the full supply chain products ie domestic courier, express, freight & logistics.
Establish customer needs, develop opportunities and expand customer base.
Update sales force daily / weekly.
Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
