JOB SUMMARY:
Asset Care Engineer required at Pretoria-based company. The person we need will be responsible for identifying and delivering Physical Asset and Maintenance Management projects to clients. Must have engineering degree and proven skills in asset Maintenance Management and/ or Consulting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

ASSET CARE ENGINEER

Pretoria

Asset Care engineer required at consultancy with well established client base.

Plan, develop and implement client-focused physical asset management systems, O&M management models and strategies

Qualification:

Degree in either Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a secondary qualification in one of the others
Further qualifications in a technical/ engineering management field will be an advantage

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee the development and implementation of O&M, energy and environmental management solutions
Plan and oversee the development and implementation of CMMS / IWMS systems
Identify and assess relevant engineering, technical and HSE standards and regulatory requirements for geographic areas and industry sectors in which P&A operates
Develop audit methodologies and lead asset management audits, gap analyses and improvement programs in client environments
Oversee development of engineering, operational and maintenance specifications and technical documentation
Develop risk-assessment methodologies and lead facility related technical and operational risk assessments
Train and coach client staff and service provider teams
