JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Coordinate and manage processing of creditors.

Review bank account transaction allocations to vendor accounts and query suspense account transactions

Bookkeeping to Trial Balance function

Administering of accounts payable

Assisting with following up on overdue amounts

Assisting with year-end closings

Manage full accounting function up to financials

Assisting with submissions to SARS i.e. EMP201, VAT201.

Reviewing VAT supporting documents and manage timeous amendments if required

Review staff expense claims

Assist with stock count

Overseeing general administration of financial activities.

Skills & Experience:

Minmum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong technical Accounting knowledge

Qualification:

Tertiary degree in Accountant
