JOB SUMMARY:
The AMM will sit between product development and marketing strategy and work across all aspects of the business to ensure the business solution remains a product that is important to the customer and develop and launch campaigns that brings the solution to life.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The division has an ambitious and exciting product roadmap in the years ahead, and in this role you will be focused on go-to-market strategy, messaging, competitive analysis, audience definition, positioning and channel and sales strategies in order to execute this roadmap.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in GTM development and is able to implement the strategies in the market through the use of data, voice of the customer and stakeholder inputs.
Marketing the product and its features together with the marketing, sales and agency team
Building the value proposition, pricing, positioning & messaging for the product
Ensuring that the value proposition is communicated via all the customer touch points (i.e. web, app, email, social media & other relevant marketing channels).
Plan, design, execute and analyse campaigns focused on customer growth, working with marketing and sales teams as well as external agencies
Improving customer acquisition, activation, engagement & retention to grow revenue
Tracking results of campaigns and optimising through continuous testing.
Collect and analyse consumer and market insights and competition strategies.
Improving customer acquisition, activation, engagement & retention to grow revenue
Internal knowledge share about the product and features, target segments, use-cases, and positioning relative to the competition.
Enabling sales & support teams with knowledge & material about products.
Assessing all products in the company, and ensuring that positioning makes sense relative to each other, in terms of pricing, positioning, and messaging.
Gathering customer insights from customers & internal teams to analyse market trends and understand and interpret consumer needs.

Qualifications and Experience

2+ years of product marketing experience in a high-growth environment

Proven ability to drive integrated GTM plans, differentiated messaging and product growth;experience within payments and/or financial technologies preferred

Ability to enable business development and sales teams to succeed and exceed their goals.

Data analytics skills with the ability to identify trends and articulate business results achieved by past marketing initiatives.

Strong planning, communications, and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate and influence across stakeholders, internally and externally

Degree in business, marketing, finance, information technology or another related field

Strong technical foundation and understanding.

Ability to structure a marketing budget, strategy and track performance against the budget.
