Assistant Operations Manager - FMCG / Fresh Produce (Brackenfell)

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Fruit and Vegetable product knowledge is essential
• A thorough working knowledge of disciplinary procedures, as well as good interpersonal skills at management and staff levels, are important requirements
• Accountable for the carrying out of all routine operational tasks and staff management that impact performance in the following departments:
• Receiving
• Stock Control
• Order picking and checking
  • Vehicle loading and dispatch
• Crate Centre / Returns
• Production
