SUMMARY:
A reputable legal practice in Rivonia is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with strong expertise in commercial litigation
The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of complex matters, represent clients across multiple legal forums, and provide high-level legal advice

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB degree (postgraduate qualifications in Commercial Law highly advantageous)
3–5 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, with proven experience handling complex matters
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, in good standing
Strong experience drafting pleadings and conducting hearings in the High Court and appellate courts
Extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations
In-depth knowledge of South African commercial legislation and dispute resolution processes
Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional South African language is advantageous
