Our client is looking for an Associate Attorney, Liabilities (MVA Litigation) to join their team in Pretoria

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of third-party motor vehicle accident litigation matters (non-RAF).
Draft and review pleadings, summonses, notices, and affidavits.
Attend to court appearances, pre-trial conferences, and settlement negotiations.
Conduct liability and quantum assessments and manage settlement processes.
Provide legal opinions and advice based on in-depth research.
Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and opposing attorneys.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant case documentation.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric (Grade 12)
LLB Degree (essential)
Admitted Attorney (2–5 years post-admission experience)
Registered with the Legal Practice Council (LPC)
2–5 years post-admission experience in Motor Vehicle Litigation (liabilities/recoveries).
