Duties:

• Expatriate Tax Compliance & Advisory – Ensuring tax compliance for expatriates, advising on residency, double tax treaties, and foreign tax credits.
• Global Mobility & Assignment Structuring – Optimizing salary structures, tax equalization, and mobility policies for multinational clients.
• SARS Engagement & Dispute Resolution – Managing SARS audits, tax disputes, voluntary disclosures, and compliance issues.
• Business Development & Client Management – Leading client engagements, identifying growth opportunities, and managing expatriate tax programs.
• Team Leadership & Training – Mentoring staff, conducting tax training, and staying updated on global tax trends.

• BCom Accounting or SAIT/SAICA accreditation is essential
• Post-graduate Degree in taxation is essential
• 10+ years’ experience in taxation is essential
• 8 to 10+ years’ experience in the audit, consulting space
• Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred
