POSITION INFO:
Our client, a reputable law firm in Pretoria, is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a range of civil and commercial litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on High Court and Magistrate's Court proceedings. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years postâadmission experience as an Attorney Demonstrated expertise in High Court and Magistrate's Court Skilled in Caselines and Court Online platforms Computer Literate Fluent in Afrikaans and English Strong drafting, briefing, and case management capabilities Excellent organizational, multitasking, and delegation skills Able to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines Must reside in Pretoria and surrounding areas Responsibilities: Handle litigation matters from inception to finalization Draft and review pleadings, notices, and other legal documents Conduct soft and hard collections and oversee recovery processes Manage case files and ensure compliance with court timelines Conduct collections and liaise with clients and counsel Utilize Caselines and Court Online for efficient case administration Provide strategic input and support to the litigation department If you do not receive feedback in 5 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
