Automation Engineer

SUMMARY:
Be part of a leading force in industrial automation, renowned for delivering intelligent control systems and resilient OT infrastructure. We’re hiring an Automation Specialist with deep PLC programming knowledge and practical experience in OT cybersecurity. You'll contribute to the design and support of high-performance automation solutions across complex manufacturing and energy systems.

POSITION INFO:

Design, program, and commission PLC and HMI/SCADA systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, etc.)
Troubleshoot and optimize automated systems in manufacturing or oil & gas environments
Develop and maintain documentation for automation logic, system architectures, and network configurations
Support the design and implementation of OT cybersecurity controls within industrial environments
Assist in configuring and monitoring network segmentation, firewalls, and secure remote access
Conduct system vulnerability assessments and implement patching and security updates
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to align control systems with cybersecurity best practices
Contribute to risk assessments, compliance efforts, and incident response planning


Skills & Experience:
3–5 years of experience in industrial automation with PLC and SCADA/HMI systems
Strong working knowledge of control protocols
Experience in OT environments within manufacturing or oil & gas industries
Understanding of OT cybersecurity standards
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and network layouts
Knowledge of network infrastructure, segmentation, and ICS firewalls is an advantage
Analytical mindset, good communication, and the ability to work independently or in teams
Commitment to safety, security, and continuous improvement.

Qualification:
Bsc or Btech in electrical or Mechatronics
Valid drivers license
