Campaign Operations Specialist Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time We are working with an established international B2B lead generation business that is looking for an experienced Campaign Operations Specialist to join its growing team. This is a hands-on operational role where you will take ownership of multiple B2B lead generation campaigns, managing them from client onboarding through to final fulfilment. You will ensure campaigns launch correctly, meet agreed service levels, and consistently deliver against strict targeting and quality requirements. You will act as the operational lead, coordinating across Sales, Data, Email and Client Operations teams while maintaining accountability for campaign delivery and performance. Key Responsibilities Own campaign delivery from launch through to completion. Liaise directly with clients to understand campaign requirements, manage feedback and provide progress updates. Translate client campaign briefs into clear, actionable delivery plans. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all campaign requirements are met. Monitor timelines, workflows and deliverables to ensure campaigns remain on schedule. Identify potential risks, issues and blockers early and take action to resolve them. Ensure campaigns meet agreed targeting, data quality and lead volume requirements. Carry out quality checks and validation throughout the campaign lifecycle. Conduct post-campaign analysis and debriefs to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate campaign records and reporting. About You We are looking for someone with experience in Campaign Operations, Lead Generation or B2B Demand Generation who is comfortable managing multiple campaigns and working to strict deadlines. You will ideally have: 2+ years' experience in Campaign Operations, Lead Generation or B2B Demand Generation delivery. Proven experience managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously. A strong understanding of B2B targeting, lead qualification and data validation. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems, lead management platforms or campaign delivery systems. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, particularly for data validation, reporting and quality assurance. Strong client and stakeholder communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and a structured, process-driven approach. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. The ability to work confidently under tight deadlines and fixed service level agreements. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect delivery.
