You'll develop, manage, and optimise high-performing paid campaigns across a variety of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Display Networks, Programmatic Media, and other paid channels Whether you're building acquisition strategies, testing new audience segments, optimising campaign performance, analysing data, or scaling successful campaigns, you'll join organisations that value strategic thinking, innovation, and commercially-driven marketing Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing and optimising PPC campaigns across search and paid advertising platforms Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, paid search best practices, and campaign optimisation techniques Experience with keyword research, search intent analysis, negative keyword management, ad copy creation, and Quality Score optimisation Skilled in developing effective bidding strategies, campaign structures, audience targeting, and budget pacing to maximise return on ad spend Experience implementing conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and performance measurement tools Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise performance using metrics such as Quality Score, Impression Share, CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI Experience managing Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities and improve campaign efficiency Excellent reporting skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear recommendations for stakeholders Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B PPC campaigns is advantageous Qualification: Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or other platform certifications are highly advantageous Google Analytics Certification is beneficial Apply now!
