POSITION INFO:
Are you a performance-driven digital marketer who knows how to turn clicks into qualified enquiries, bookings and revenue? We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a high-performing marketing team within a leading luxury brand and service business. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of paid acquisition across key digital channels, using data, insight and commercial thinking to maximise campaign performance and return on investment. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid search and social channels, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads, enquiries and revenue. Success in this role isn't simply about generating volume. It's about understanding lead quality, conversion, customer value and commercial return - and using data to continually improve performance. You will be required to do the following : Plan, build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, paid search and paid social channels. Manage campaign budgets across channels, markets, products and campaign types to maximise commercial return. Take ownership of ROAS and campaign efficiency across relevant platforms. Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-led adjustments to improve lead quality, conversion and return on ad spend. Develop and refine channel strategies across targeting, keywords, audiences, bidding, placements, creative, landing pages and conversion journeys. Analyse campaign performance and optimise towards revenue-generating leads rather than simply lead volume. Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality, contactability and conversion potential. Brief and coordinate creative assets for paid campaigns, ensuring messaging is audience-specific, commercially relevant and aligned with premium brand standards. Collaborate with Content, Design, SEO and Web\/Tech teams to improve landing pages, copy, UX and conversion paths. Develop structured testing programmes across creative, audiences, keywords, messaging, landing pages and funnel stages, documenting and applying learnings. Monitor competitor activity, search trends, SERPs, impression share, platform developments and market demand to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Ensure robust campaign tracking, UTM structures, naming conventions and reporting across advertising platforms, websites, CRM and analytics tools. Identify gaps in attribution, conversion tracking and data quality and recommend improvements. Produce clear performance reporting covering spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, cost per booking, revenue contribution, ROAS and key trends. Stay ahead of developments in performance marketing, AI-enabled optimisation, automated bidding, privacy changes and evolving platform best practice. If you are a commercially minded performance marketer who combines analytical strength with practical digital marketing expertise. You enjoy working with numbers, but understand that behind every metric is a customer, a sales opportunity and ultimately a business outcome. You will ideally have: 5+ years' demonstrable experience in paid media, performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth marketing. Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong experience with campaign budgeting, optimisation, reporting and structured testing. Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta, together with other relevant tracking and analytics tools. A strong understanding of performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and funnel performance. A solid understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, remarketing, bidding strategies, campaign structure and conversion optimisation. The ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into clear, commercially focused actions. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around campaign setup, budgets, tracking and reporting. Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury, e-commerce or a lead-generation environment would be highly advantageous. A relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or a related discipline is preferred.
