Duties:

• Analyse complex business data and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to present key performance indicators and business trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
• Conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for process improvement.
• Perform data mining and trend analysis to provide predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying discrepancies, performing data validation, and cleansing datasets.
• Monitor and track business performance against goals, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Present findings and insights to management and key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
• Contribute to the development of business intelligence strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Honour's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field will be advantageous.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and delivering insights to support business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.), including creating reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
• Experience with database management and query languages (e.g., SQL, DAX, Python, R) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Experience in identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large and complex datasets.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
