SUMMARY:
A well-established internet service provider requires an exceptional Business Intelligence Manager. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a versatile mind-set, excellent problem-solving skills, and pays attention to detail.

POSITION INFO:

In this role you will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the BI team whilst handling the full lifecycle of BI Projects and ensuring that BI infrastructure is maintained. You will also play a prominent role in stakeholder engagement, business analysis, project planning, execution, and BI staff management

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 6+ years’ knowledge and experience of working with business in an information-providing context – supporting business issues and problems with intelligence

Minimum of 6 +years’ experience in transforming data into intelligence manipulating data, creating transformations, analysing data, creating reports or dashboards

Extensive experience in creating reports using BI software, especially Cognos Report Studio, but SSRS, Business Objects etc. will also suffice

Knowledge and experience of creating Cognos cubes and Cognos data models (frameworks) will be advantageous

Minimum of 2+ years'' experience in managing a BI Team

Qualification:

IT related qualification
