Key Responsibilities

Translate operational requirements into clear intelligence solutions for leadership use
Design and deliver structured insights through visual displays and structured summaries
Support full solution delivery from investigation through deployment and ongoing assistance
Partner with technical and operational teams to enhance data reliability and performance
Interpret output and present practical guidance to senior decision makers

Job Experience and Skills Required

Completed secondary education with further studies in analytics or information disciplines
At least two years exposure in insight delivery or business reporting environments
Strong capability in database interaction and structured data handling
Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and experience with visual reporting platforms
Confident communicator able to engage technical and non technical audiences
