POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire Business Intelligence teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions Develop and drive BI strategies that support business goals and decision-making Design, build, and optimise dashboards, reports, and data visualisations Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting and analytics requirements Oversee data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing initiatives Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across BI platforms Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and analytics capabilities Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate insights effectively Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and BI best practices Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing Minimum 2+ years' experience leading and developing BI teams Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI platforms Strong SQL skills with experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple business functions Proven track record of delivering impactful reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends within the BI and data analytics space Apply now!
