JOB SUMMARY:
Swakopmund area – Namibia: Our Agricultural Client is looking for a Bookkeeper / Administrator to join the team.

This is a ‘LIVE OUT’ position, so the successful candidate will have to live in or around Swakopmund.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 with relevant bookkeeping certificates or qualifications
Proven bookkeeping experience up to trial balance
Experience using Excel, Sage/Pastel and PaySpace payroll
Sales and invoicing experience
Monthly reconciling various accounts and reporting thereof
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
General Administration skills
Computer literacy ESSENTIAL
Deadline driven
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
