SUMMARY:
Are you a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for building iconic brands in the FMCG space?

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to take ownership of the brand, shaping its story, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business results. You will oversee brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and market research — ensuring the brand remains relevant, compelling, and connected to our consumers.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute research-driven brand strategies that define positioning and narrative
Lead marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring consistency across all channels
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities
Manage social media and e-commerce initiatives, driving online engagement and visibility
Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to deliver compelling brand communications
Maintain brand integrity across product development, communications, and promotions
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement
Support sales enablement and align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Manage budgets and ensure marketing spend aligns with strategic priorities

What We’re Looking For:

Business or marketing-related degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
3+ years in Sales & Marketing, ideally in FMCG
Strong project management skills with hands-on experience across campaigns and channels
Proven experience in creative development across design, copy, content, and multimedia
Demonstrated expertise in social media and e-commerce
Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, and results-driven
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
