SUMMARY:
An established company in Ceres seeks the expertise of an experienced candidate who can handle the efficient business management of various branches in the Western Cape. This position is based in Ceres at the head office.

Operational:
- Maintenance of administrative system
- Quality – Complaints / Product Standards / Service Standards
- Asset Management – System / Physical assets
- Management of buildings and premises repairs
- Ad hoc projects
Financial:
- Expenses
- Turnover
- Cash Flow
- Debtors
- Keep fixed asset register updated
- Following of financial SOP’s
Personnel:
- Discipline
- SOP’s
- Training Plan
- Wellbeing
Occupational Health and Safety:
- Health & Safety Management
- Business risks – identify / manage
- Security of vehicles, premises, and staff
Marketing:
- Enforcement of good client relationships
- Execution of marketing plans
- Internal marketing strategy
- Visibility in the community
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Business Management and/or Logistics Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in a management position
- Experience within the rental industry will be to your advantage
- Mechanical experience
