Are you ready to play a vital role in a thriving manufacturing environment where efficient stock control and data management drive success? Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and FMCG sectors, is seeking a proactive Business Unit Coordinator to support their ongoing growth and operational excellence. Duties: Assist the Material Controller with control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department Conduct accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables Manage reconciliations and data capturing related to raw material control Update efficiency schedules daily and weekly wages and production schedules Perform general administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and Executive Maintain the NCQR and CFAR register to monitor trends and generate statistics Follow up on DRM actions and submit\/track ISIR requests and trial documentation Support staff and handle general queries to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 Minimum of a Degree, BCom in Supply Chain, BBA preferred At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment Proficiency in Excel and SAP Strong organizational, data management, and administrative skills Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
