JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking for an experienced Bar New Product Developer to join their organization

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Woodstock, Cape Town

Requirements:

Matric
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Must have a valid driver's license with own vehicle
Skill level required on different methods of mixing cocktails and mocktails, and the ability to transfer this knowledge to restaurants.
Computer skills – knowledge of MS Word, Excel – needed to update tests, create evaluations, calendars correctly, etc

Responsibilities:

New Product Development of the Cocktail section in all Brands to keep up to Industry & World Trends
Working with our sponsors to accommodate their listings in our Cocktail Menus,
Leading the Bar A-Team to constantly train, develop and grow bar sales in our brands.
Being the leader along with the Bar A-Team for all big events hosted in key locations, driving speed and sales to deliver.
Improve Bar layout and Speed of Service for better and smoother operational deliverables.
Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction.
Administer purchasing and receiving procedures for brands
Manage training.
Prepare and serve cocktails and mocktails.
Prepare molecular mixology beverages.
Understand and analyse spirits.
